四人份食材 Ingredient for 4 person
雞胸肉 (Chicken breast) 2條
蒜頭 (Garlic) 5粒
辣椒 (Chilli) 1條
九層塔(Brasil Leave) 適量
醬油 (Soy Sauce) 2大匙
魚露 (Fish Sauce) 1.5大匙
糖 (Sugar) 0.5大匙
1. 將碎雞肉下鍋炒至肉變色,約8分熟,起鍋放在盤子,備用‧
2. 另起油鍋,爆香蒜及辣椒後,加入碎雞肉
3. 稍後拌炒之後加入醬油、魚露&糖
4. 均勻拌炒後加入九層塔,快速拌炒一下就可起鍋‧
1. Fried Minced Chicken breast till 80% cooked, put it on a plate.
2. Fried Garlic and Chilli, till the good smell came out.
3. Add in the Minced Chicken breast and fried together.
4. Add Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce and Sugar
5. After a while, add some brasil leave, Quick stir-fry and take out.
